NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:
- Docket #2016-05 – The application of William R. Grace, P.O. Box 301, New Cumberland, PA is requesting 3 variances from Chapter 220, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of Lower Allen Township, that would enable submission of an Open Space Development plan consisting of 18 townhomes and 8 single family dwellings 6.7 acres of land located at 145 S. Locust Street. The specific variance requests are from Section 220-107.B.(1)(b) to reduce the perimeter yard setback; from Section 220-115.A to exceed the 40% limit for townhomes; and from Section 220-116.B to allow greater than 50% of the proposed common open space to be re-graded.
- Docket #2016-06 – The application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company, 852 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-241 of the LAT Code to reduce number of required off-street parking spaces. They are also requesting a variance from Section 220-59 to exceed the 40’ height limit in the C-2 zoning district.
- Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
