Continuance of:  NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 21 2016 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

  1. Docket #2016-01 – The application of MKPH Holdings, LLC, 121 West Winding Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 is requesting a special exception in accordance with the provisions of Section 220-225 of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township. The applicant wants to construct a single family dwelling on an existing nonconforming lot on Massachusetts Avenue, Lot 161.
  1. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
