NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2017-01 – The application of William L. Holjes, 8 Cypress Place, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-19, Permit Uses in R-2 district, of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township. The applicant is proposing to use the property for his landscaping services business at 1785 Sheepford Road.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
