NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2016-03 – The application of Cynthia Irwin, 310 Pinewood Drive, Shiremanstown, PA 17011 is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-165B of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township. The applicant wants to establish a home occupation hair salon at her residence.

2. Docket #2016-04 – The application of New England Motor Freight, 2800 Appleton Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011 is requesting a variance from Section 220-83 of the LAT Code to increase the impervious coverage from 70% to 79% for the purpose of expanding their parking lot.

3. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
