Docket #2016-01 – The application of MKPH Holdings, LLC, 121 West Winding Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 is requesting a special exception in accordance with the provisions of Section 220-225 of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township. The applicant wants to construct a single family dwelling on an existing nonconforming lot on Massachusetts Avenue, Lot 161.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2015-02, the Application of Ryan and Michelle Maxwell, 1102 Primrose Avenue, Camp Hill, PA 17001 is appealing a written decision of the Zoning Officer, stating that an order to discontinue the current commercial use of a property located at 1101 Primrose Avenue will not be issued.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting. Pending matters includes continuation of Docket # 2015-01, which was publicly announced at the April 16, 2015 ZHB meeting.

The Zoning Officer has received notification from the applicant that an additional continuance will be requested at the public meeting.
