DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
REGULAR MEETING August 15, 2016

PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE
Max Stoner, Chairman called the meeting of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to order at 6:02pm and announced Proof of Publication was available for review.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JULY 18, 2016
Mr. BLACK made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 18, 2016 meeting. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
There were no comments from the public.
RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority recessed into Executive Session to discuss real estate transaction @ 6:03pm.
RECONVENE REGULAR MEETING
The Regular Meeting of the Development Authority reconvened @ 6:14pm.
ACTION: APPROVAL TO SIGN THE DEED TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND THE UPDATED RESOLUTION FOR THE SALE OF 1993 HUMMEL AVENUE.
Mr. YOUNG made a motion to authorize Mrs. Trone to extend the sale date if necessary for the sale of 1993 Hummel Avenue due to the next meeting date being September 19th, 2016. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
Mr. MARONE made a motion to authorize Mr. Stoner and Mr. Eby to sign the deed, the assignment of leases, the seller’s affidavit and the revised resolution for sale of 1993 Hummel Avenue. Mr. BLACK seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
Mrs. Trone gave the following updates:
Yetter Court – Triple Crown Corporation has begun earth work on this property.
Marzoni’s Brick Oven & Brewing – still moving forward and will be built in Rossmoyne Business Center.
NEXT MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The next meeting of the Development Authority is scheduled for Monday, September 19, 2016 at 6:00pm.
Mr. MARONE made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. BLACK seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:17pm.
