2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: April 24, 2017

4. Building Safety Month Presentation – By Community Development Staff

6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Awarding the Rear Parking Lot Visual Barrier project to Millcreek Fence & Farm Structures of Bird in Hand, PA, for the amount $21,785.00.

b. Adopt Resolution 2017-R-13, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County Pennsylvania, approving the destruction of certain Township records in accordance with the Pennsylvania Records Retention Schedule.

c. Tax Collector’s March 2017 monthly report.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of April 28, 2017 in the amount of $692,535.49. Manual Check Register of April in the amount of $23,343.24. Voided Check Register of April in the amount of $ 289.87.

b. Accept a motion to enact Ordinance 2017-05, an ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, amending the code of the Township of Lower Allen, 1997 by amending chapter 63, amusement devices, by amending the license application procedure, by placing a cap on the license fee and by modifying the restrictions for minors and prizes.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Discussion and possible action: Adopt Resolution 2017-R-14, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, proclaiming the week of May 15th, 2017 as 2017 National Police Week.

10. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

a. Zoning Hearing Board Report.

b. Discussion: Drainage Plan No. DP 2017-01, 3432 Lisburn Road.

c. Discussion: Drainage Plan No. DP 2017-02, 1 Hartzdale Drive

d. Discussion and possible action: Amended Installation and Maintenance agreement for a Small Flow Treatment Facility that was installed at 1852 Sheepford Road

a. Update on Other Post-Employment Benefits.

a. Discussion and possible action: Resolution 2017-R-12, supporting rehabilitation of the Slate Hill Road Bridge and overweight vehicle restriction measures.
