REGULAR MEETING

AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Black. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: August 28th 2017.

4. Introduction of New Township Employees: Fire Captain Frank Wirth and Officer Kimberly Floyd.

5. EXECUTIVE SESSION:

a. Triple Crown Corporation lawsuit.

6. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

7. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Adopting Resolution 2017-R-28, accepting dedication of a portion of Sconsett Way as a public street.

b. Adopting Resolution 2017-R-29, accepting dedication of Yarmouth Lane as a public street.

c. Adopting Resolution 2017-R-30, accepting dedication of Brewster Court as a public street.

d. Adopting Resolution 2017-R-31, accepting dedication of Sagamore Court as a public street.

e. Tax Collector’s August 2017 monthly report.

8. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of September 1, 2017 in the amount of $120,866.85. Voided Check Register of August 4, 2017 in the amount of $156.79. Replacement Check Register of August 23, 2017 in the amount of $9,900.00.

9. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

10. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and Possible Action: Release of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2003-06, Final Subdivision Plan for Manor at Fair Oaks, Phase 2, Lot 27.

b. Discussion and Possible Action: Reduction of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2014-01, Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Highpoint, Phases 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4, establishing a new amount of $377,585.41, and a new expiration date of September 11, 2018.

c. Discussion and Possible Action: Reduction of Improvement Security for SLD Docket No. 2016-04, Final Subdivision Plan for Highpoint, Phase 1.3, establishing a new amount of $90,647.19, and a new expiration date of September 11, 2018.

d. Discussion: Drainage Plan No. DP 2016-04, 2800 Appleton Street.

a. Discussion: 904 Recycling Grant Submission.

a. Discussion: Budget meeting dates.

b. Discussion: Potential changes to property maintenance ordinances.
