5. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Accept the resignation of EMT II Edward Ream.

b. Department Reports for the month of October for Assistant Manager, Community Development, Township Engineer, Fleet, and Public Works.

c. Tax Collector’s October 2017 monthly report.

6. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of November 24, 2017 in the amount of $184,230.28.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2017-R-34, a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, recognizing, commending, and honoring Timothy Sheely for his attainment of Active for Life status from the Lower Allen Fire Company #1.

c. Motion to adopt Resolution 2017-R-35, a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, recognizing, commending, and honoring Steven Overmiller for his attainment of Active for Life status from the Lower Allen Fire Company #1.

d. Motion to adopt Resolution 2017-R-36, a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, recognizing, commending, and honoring David Murdoch for his attainment of Active for Life status from the Lower Allen Fire Company #1.

e. Motion to adopt Resolution 2017-R-37, a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, recognizing, commending, and honoring Rodney Mumma for his attainment of Active for Life status from the Lower Allen Fire Company #1.

7. PRESENTATION of Resolutions to the Lower Allen Fire Company #1 Firefighters.

8. PRESENTATION: PEMA Local EMA Staff certification to Firefighter Steve Overmiller.

9. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.
