6. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of December 8, 2017 in the amount of $237,348.17. Manual Check Register of November 29, 2017 in the amount of $12,240.72.

b. Motion to enact ORDINANCE 2017-08, an ordinance of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, establishing a Volunteer Service Credit program; enacting tax credits for volunteer members of volunteer fire companies; and establishing administrative procedures and appeals.

c. Motion to adopt RESOLUTION 2017-R-38, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, establishing criteria for eligibility in the Volunteer Service Tax Credit Program.

d. Motion to adopt RESOLUTION 2017-R-39, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, prohibiting the location of a Category 4 licensed facility within Lower Allen Township.
