REGULAR MEETING

January 22, 2018                                                                               7:00 PM

AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Black. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: January 8, 2018.

4. Presentation: Frederickson Library, Library Director – Bonnie Goble

5. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

6. CONSENT AGENDA

Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of December for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Resolution 2018-R-04, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, authorizing participation by Lower Allen Fire Company #1, and Lisburn Community Fire Company in the Federal Surplus Property Distribution Program.

c. Resolution 2018-R-05, appointing Thomas A. Stambaugh to the position of Parks Superintendent, Public Works Department, effective January 23rd, 2018.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of January 19, 2018 in the amount of $247,053.78.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion: SLD Docket No. 2018-01, Minor Subdivision Plan for Tatiana’s Restaurant, LLC and Gettysburg Road Investors, LLC. Proposed subdivision to subdivide a 1.7254 acre parcel from Lot No. 1 to be added to Lot No. 2, leaving a remainder of 0.6887 acre. No new lots are being created.

b. Discussion: SLD Docket No. 2018-02, Minor Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Windsor Park Shopping Center. Proposed addition of 1,103 square feet of retail space, for a new total of 110,228 square feet. Proposed subdivision to combine two existing lots into one lot, with a total area of 12.639 acres.
