Strategic Planning meeting dates
Mr. Vernau stated that the last Strategic Plan was done in 2007, and he would like to have another session with the new Board. Mr. Vernau will email dates to the Board to choose a date that works hopefully in early March.
Commissioner Schin spoke about a trailer in his neighborhood that is unhitched and stationary. Director Holl spoke about parking tickets being issued and moving through the process of tickets and fines. He stated that the way the ordinance is currently written, there is nothing other than tickets they can do at this time. He spoke about abandoned vehicles and the process necessary to have them towed. Mr. Vernau agreed and stated the ordinance doesn’t allow for towing. Discussion ensued. The consensus of the Board was to strengthen the language in the ordinance. President Black asked Director Holl and Captain Crone to review the ordinance and strengthen the language.

He asked about the accounts payable process and Mr. Grove answered his questions.
