3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: May 29, 2018

4. Presentation: Stormwater Fee Study – Arcadis US, Inc.

6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Resolution 2018-R-21 for support of Stormwater Grant Applications.

b. Side Letter Agreement between the Township and the Lower Allen Township Police Officers’ Association to amend wording in Section 4.14 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement to reflect the correct percentage of pay increase for Acting Officers.

c. Tax Collector’s May 2018 monthly report.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Accept a motion to approve the Check Register of June 8, 2018 in the amount of $581,234.41. Manual Check Register of May in the amount of $94.44.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2018-R-22 appointing Charles A. Reynolds to the position of Fleet Manager, Fleet Maintenance Department, effective June 12th, 2018.

c. Motion to adopt Resolution 2018-R-23 a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, authorizing the sale of Township property valued over $1,000.

d. Accept a motion to approve the release of Sergeant Douglas Foltz from Probation ending June 26th, 2018.

e. Accept a motion to approve the release of Maintenance Specialist Matthew Hammaker from Probation Period ending on June 27th, 2018.

f. Approve a time extension for Improvement Security for SLD #2005-24, Liberty Point, establishing a new amount of $85,425.95 and a new expiration date of June 15, 2019.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. ENGINEER

a. Discussion and Possible Action: Adopting Resolution 2018-R-24, authorizing the Township Manager to sign the Reimbursement Agreement with PennDOT for the Rossmoyne Road/Lisburn Road Project.

a. Discussion: Letter of Credit extension for SLD #2000-11 – Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase 2
