A. Approval of minutes of February 20, 2018 regular meeting.

B. Approval of minutes of May 16, 2018 regular meeting.

A. SLD Docket No. 2018-05: Lot Line Adjustment Plan for Highpont Phase 1.3, Lot 34.  Proposed Lot Line Adjustment to transfer 192 square feet from Open Space Lot OS-8B to Lot 34.

B. SLD Docket No. 2018-06: Land Development Plan for Capital City Mall Restaurant Outparcel. Proposed construction of a 6,500 square foot restaurant on existing parking lot, near the intersection of Hartzdale Drive and Lower Allen Drive.

C. SLD Docket No. 2018-07: Land Development Plan for Rossmoyne Elementary School. Proposed construction of a new school building, 90,100 square feet over two stories, and removal of the existing school building.
