6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?
Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:
a. Accept a motion to adopt RESOLUTION 2018-R-37, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township amending Section 5.07 of the Township Personnel Manual, Tuition Reimbursement.
b. Department Reports for the month of August for Assistant Manager, Community Development, Facilities (July and August), Fleet (February, March, July and August), Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.
c. Tax Collector’s August 2018 monthly report.
7. PRESIDENT BLACK
a. Check Register of September 14, 2018 in the amount of $293,191.23.
b. Accept a motion to enact ORDINANCE 2018-09, an ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Amending the Non-Uniformed Pension Ordinance.
c. Discussion and possible action: Advertising revised Ordinance 2018-05, Litter.
8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.
9. PUBLIC SAFETY
a. Discussion and possible action: Permission to start the hiring process for a new PSO.
10. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
a. Discussion: SLD Docket No. 2018-08: Lot Line Adjustment Plan for 1528 & 1540 Sheepford Road. Lot line adjustment will create an acreage exchange of approximately 3.644 acres.
