5. Presentation: Stormwater Fee Study – Final Report: Arcadis US, Inc.

6. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Motion to approve Check Register of September 28, 2018 in the amount of $244,614.78.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2018-R-38, approving the transfer of restaurant liquor license No. R-9473 into Lower Allen Township.

c. Motion to adopt Resolution 2018-R-39, recommending and concurring with the appointment by the Township Manager of Matthew K. Reynolds, to the position of Maintenance Specialist in the Public Works Department, effective October 22, 2018.

7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

8. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and Possible Action: Accepting a Time Extension for a decision on SLD Docket No. 2018-07, Land Development Plan for the New Rossmoyne Elementary School.

a. Zoning Hearing Board Report.
