         b. Staff will make a recommendation for selection with a written summary of responses which will be sent to Authority via email.
               i) Possible representative(s) for a selection committee if needed
                    (1) Committee if needed would “meet” with a conference call

6. Special Meeting: December 10, 2018 at 6PM
          a. Approve Resolution to Accept Financing Proposal
          b. Board of Commissioners Meeting on December 10, 2018 at 7PM
               i) Authorize Ordinance Guaranteeing Development Authority’s Loan
               ii) Authorize Resolution Concerning Debt Limit

7. Discussion & Possible Action: Legal Counsel for Renegotiating Leases Proposal

8. Action: Authorizing Lower Allen Township Development Authority to become Administrator of 5226 Royal Drive
