NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2018-09 – The application of Youseff Youseff, 1710 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-165B of the Code of the Township of Lower Allen (the Code) to establish a tailor shop with a 6’ sign at his residence.

2. Docket #2018-10 – The application of William and Sandra Seckinger, 1302 Strafford Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-15A(2) of the Code to construct a carport within the minimum side yard setback.

3. Docket #2018-11 – The application of JMS Property, LLC, 4500 Gettysburg Road, Mechanicsburg, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-242.L.2(b) of the Code to install off-street parking less than 5’ from the lot line.

4. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
