3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: February 11, 2019

4. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

5. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Accept a motion to approve the Check register of February 15, 2019 in the amount of $400,713.92.

b. Accept a motion to approve the release of Public Safety Officer Bryan Dunbar from probation effective February 28, 2019.

c. Accept a motion to approve the release of Public Safety Officer Thomas Kidd from probation effective March 4, 2019.

d. Accept a motion to approve the department Reports for the month of January for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Township Engineer (December and January), Public Works, and Public Safety.

6. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

7. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve SLD Docket No. 2019-03, Minor Land Development Plan for 1180 Lowther Road, proposed construction of a 505 square foot building addition to Perfect Match Boutique.

8. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Discussion and possible action: Capital purchase of replacement unmarked police vehicle.

b. Discussion and possible action: Civil Service Commission rules codification.

c. Discussion and possible action: Request to impanel a Public Safety Ad Hoc Committee.

9. MANAGER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approval of 2018 Emergency Volunteer Tax Credit applications.

b. Discussion: amending Chapter 209-29 to include buses in the definition of Commercial Vehicles.

c. Discussion: Signs in the public right-of-way.
