1. Call to Order by President Black. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: May 28, 2019

4. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-R-22, a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, recognizing David Ickler for 25 years of service.

5. EMPLOYEE RECOGNITIONS – Length of Service and Performance Awards.

6. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

7. PRESIDENT BLACK

a. Check Register of June 7, 2019 in the amount of $413,125.69.

b. Approve a time extension for Improvement Security for SLD #2005-24, Liberty Point, establishing a new amount of $93,968.55 and a new expiration date of June 10, 2020.

c. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-R-23, appointing Margarita Cruz to the position of Codes Technician, for the Community and Economic Development Department effective June 19, 2019.

d. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-R-24, appointing Jodi Etter to the position of Paramedic, for the Public Safety Department effective June 24, 2019.

e. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-R-25, appointing Joshua Schware to the position of Paramedic, for the Public Safety Department effective June 24, 2019.

f. Motion to approve Tax Collectors May Monthly Report.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. PUBLIC SAFETY

a. Discussion: Interest in adopting a resolution supporting Senate Bill 607, Local Use of Radar.

b. Accept a motion to approve a certified list of eligible candidates, as presented by the Lower Allen Township Civil Service Commission.

c. Discussion and possible action: Motion to make a conditional job offer to Nicole Boldosser and Jonathan Newcomer in order to begin physical, psychological and polygraph testing. Hiring resolution to be adopted at the June 24th public meeting.

d. Discussion and possible action: Medical Director Agreement with Dr. Modi as Lower Allen Township EMS Medical Director.

10. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Zoning Hearing Board Report.

b. Discussion and possible action: Indemnity Agreement for the Land Development Plan for Jenny’s Salon.
