NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2019-05 – The application of Matthew Farrell, 1130 Saint Johns Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-102 of the Codified Ordinance of Lower Allen Township. The applicant wants to construct a 70’x 80’ commercial building that will have reduced side and rear setbacks at 1120 Saint Johns Road.

2. Docket #2019-06 – The application of Kevin Engel, Engel Architects, 1854 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-167.B of the Code. The applicant wants to establish an outdoor dog runway less then 200 feet from property lines at 925 Linda Lane.

3. Docket #2019-07 – The application of Sue Kauffman, 1345 Yarmouth Lane, New Cumberland, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-150B(1) of the Code. The applicant wants to install an accessory play structure less than 5’ from the property line.

4. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting
