AGENDA

1. Call to Order by Vice-President Villone. Proof of Publication available.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: July 8, 2019

4. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

5. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of June for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Tax Collectors June Monthly Report.

6. VICE-PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Approval of the Check Register of July 19, 2019 in the amount of $265,979.15.

b. Accept a motion to adopt Resolution 2019-R-30, appointing Mark A. D’Agostino to the position of Highway Superintendent in the Public Works Department starting effective July 22, 2019.

7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

8. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion – Increase improvement security for SLD #2015-08, Highpoint Phase 1.5

9. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion – Request of Verizon Wireless to submit a land development application to construct a new tower-based wireless communications facility (WCF) at 3628 Lisburn Road, in compliance with WCF regulations that were in effect when the prerequisite conditional use approval was granted.

10. MANAGER

a. Cumberland County’s Resolution 2019-21, Urging Public Awareness Meetings by Hazardous Liquids Pipeline Operators.

a. Update on acquisition of lands owned by Asbury Atlantic, Inc., by the use of eminent domain for drainage and other transportation purposes
