NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2019-09 – The continuation of a hearing from August 15, 2019 Zoning Hearing Board meeting for Sheetz, Inc. at 1500 & 1510 Cedar Cliff Drive.  

On Wednesday, Sept. 11th, representatives of Sheetz held an open house at Cedar Cliff High School to answer questions about and get input on their plan for a store in Lower Allen Township.  Because Sheetz is considering the input received on the 11th and possible revisions to their plan, they have requested that their variance request hearing scheduled for this coming Thursday, Sept. 19th, be postponed until Thursday, October 17th.  This docket will not be heard on the 19th of September.

2. Docket #2019-10 – The application of Central PA Equities 31, LLC, 146 Pine Grove Circle, York, PA is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-241 of the Codified Ordinance of Lower Allen Township to reduce the number of off-street parking spaces and variances from Section 220-242.L.2(a) and 220-201.B.1(b) for distance of parking spaces from the building and the height of a dumpster enclosure for the construction of a hotel at 3535 Gettysburg Road.

3. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting
