NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public meeting on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2020-01 – The application of Global Video, Inc. and David Betesh, c/o Amee S. Farrell & Daniel P. Rowley, 910 Harvest Drive, Blue Bell, PA 19422 is appealing the Zoning Officer’s decision to deny a zoning permit application for replacement sign cabinets that were installed on a freestanding sign structure located at 3401 Hartzdale Drive for use by Excitement Smokin & Excitement Adult Superstore.  In the alternative, applicant is requesting a variance to exceed sign area limitations contained in Attachment 2 to Chapter 220, Zoning, of the Code of Lower Allen Township (the Code), Zoning Ordinance Sign Table by Zoning District, for freestanding signs located in the C-4 zoning district .

2. Docket # 2020-02-The application of Scott D. Shaffer, 920 S. 29^th Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011 is requesting a variance from Section 220-244.A(3) of the Code that would allow a 2^nd driveway connection within less than 100 feet of lot frontage along 29^th

3. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting
