Docket 2020-03, the application of Capital Plaza Associates, has been continued until Thursday May 21, 2020 at 7 PM.  There being no other business to conduct, the February 20, 2020 ZHB meeting has been cancelled.

 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2020-03 – The application of Capital Plaza Associates, 6465 Village Lane, Suite 7, Macungie, PA 18062 is appealing the Zoning Officer’s directive to remove unauthorized signs from a freestanding sign structure located at 3401 Hartzdale Drive. In the alternative, applicant is requesting a variance to exceed sign area limitations contained in Attachment 2 to Chapter 220, Zoning, of the Code of Lower Allen Township, Zoning Ordinance Sign Table by Zoning District, for freestanding signs located in the C-4 zoning district .

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting
