AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Villone. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: May 11, 2020 Regular Meeting

4. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

5. BID OPENINGS:

a. Detention Basin Retrofit Project.

b. Packaged Rooftop Unit/Outdoor Air Handling Unit No. 3 Replacement.

6. CONSENT AGENDA

Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of April for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance (March and April), Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Tax Collectors April Report.

7. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Check Register of May 22, 2020 in the amount of $113,335.06.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve SLD Docket No. 2020-07, Final Land Development Plan for Weis Market Gas and Go, 5140 Simpson Ferry Road, contingent upon the following:

i. Lower Allen Township Authority approval.

b. Discussion and possible action: Awarding a contract for the Detention Basin Retrofit Project.

10. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and possible action: Motion to advertise Ordinance 2020-01, Amending the code of the Township of Lower Allen at Chapter 220, Zoning, Articles XXV Signs to regulate opinion and election campaign signs and to revise the tables attached to the zoning chapter at 220 attachment 2 for all zoning districts.

11. MANAGER

a. Discussion: Reducing the minimum hours necessary for purchase of health insurance coverage by part-time employees.
