DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY                              LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP

REGULAR MEETING                                              JUNE 15, 2020

The following were in ATTENDANCE:

Max Stoner, Chairman called the meeting of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to order at 6:00pm and announced Proof of Publication was available for review.

 

Peddrick Young was absent with excuse.

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 18, 2020. Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 18, 2020 meeting. Mr. BLACK seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.

 

PUBLIC COMMENT

None

 

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: APPROVAL OF IRS 990 SUBMISSION:

Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the IRS 990 submission. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.

 

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: APPROVAL OF 2019 IDA REPORT:

Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the 2019 IDA report. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.

 

NEXT MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

The next meeting of the Development Authority is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2020 at 6:00pm.

 

ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 6:08 TO DISCUSS REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS:

Mr. EBY made a motion to adjourn to executive session. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
