MINUTES
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
REGULAR MEETING JULY 20, 2020
The following were in ATTENDANCE:

Salvatore F. Marone, Treasurer Steven Miner, Solicitor

Max Stoner, Chairman called the meeting of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to order at 6:02pm and announced Proof of Publication was available for review.
Peddrick Young was absent with excuse.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 15, 2020.
Mr. EBY made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 15, 2020 meeting with a correction of the adjournment vote which should be 4-0. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
ACTION: GRANT RIGHT-OF-WAY TO PPL
Mr. EBY made a motion to authorize signature for this agreement to grant Right-of-Way to PPL with a correction on page 2; in place of title of President to be changed to Chairman. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
ACTION: LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR FAST FOOD PARKING REVISIONS
Mr. Eby inquired of Solicitor Miner since he is Lower Allen Township Zoning Officer, would supporting this be a conflict of interest. Solicitor Miner explained it would not be. Mr. MARONE made a motion to authorize Chairman Stoner to sign the letter of support for fast food parking revisions. Mr. EBY seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
ACTION: COMMISSION AGREEMENT REVISION
Discussion ensued concerning this agreement for the property at Capital City Commons Condominium. Mr. EBY made a motion to authorize the signing of this revised Commission Agreement as presented. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
NEXT MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The next meeting of the Development Authority is scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2020 at 6:00pm.
ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 6:11 TO DISCUSS REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS:
Mr. EBY made a motion to adjourn to executive session. Mr. MARONE seconded the motion. Motion carried, 4-0.
