NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2020-06 – A continuation of a hearing from September 17, 2020 Zoning Hearing Board meeting for Chong H. Kim, 5215 Eton Pl., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

2. Docket #2020-07 – The application of Dan Inderbitzen with Goodall Pools, 3607 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011 is requesting a variance from Section 220-23 of the Code of Lower Allen Township to increase the amount of impervious coverage to construct a swimming pool, patio and small pool building at 3422 Canyon Creek.

3. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
