5) Possible Action: Approve a Letter of Intent (LOI) for 1101 Lower Allen Dr.

6) Possible Action: Enter into a Sales Agreement for Outparcel 1,2, 3, and Bonefish Grill at Lower Allen Commons

7) Action: Approve Transfer of All Legal Matters and Escrowed Funds of the Lower Allen Township Development Authority to the firm of Caldwell & Kearns P.C.
