a. Motion to approve the Check Register of November 6, 2020 in the amount of $283,972.52.

b. Motion to enact Ordinance 2020-07, an Ordinance of the Township of Lower Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, authorizing execution        of a cable franchise agreement between the Township and Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC.

c. Resolution 2020-R-37, hiring Michael D. Quenzer, as a Paramedic for the Public Safety Department effective November 18, 2020.

6. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

a. Discussion and possible action: Authorizing staff to advertise an ordinance for Traffic Control Devices in Section 209 of the Township Code
