Packaged Rooftop Unit/Outdoor Air Handling Unit No. 2 (RTU-2) Replacement 2021

Sealed proposals will be received by the Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners at the Township Municipal Building, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA until 4:00 P.M. on Monday March 8, 2021, and will be publicly opened at 6:00 P.M. or shortly thereafter.  Bids may be awarded at this meeting or at a subsequent meeting for the following contract: 

Replacement of RTU-2, at the Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road.

All work to be completed by August 13, 2021.

Proposals must be submitted upon forms furnished by the Board of Commissioners and must be accompanied by certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Lower Allen Township. Instructions, Specifications, and Bid Forms may be obtained at the office of Township Manager, at the Township Municipal Building at the above address from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, except Holidays, and on the Township website for no cost at www.latwp.org.

Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the project.

The Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
