1. Call to Order by President Villone. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: Regular Meeting of February 22, 2021

4. Bid Opening: RTU 2 replacement

5. Presentation by Chief Ken Hassinger, Cumberland County Drug Task Force.

6. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

7. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Motion to approve the Check Register of February 26, 2021 in the amount of $106,155.29.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-09, hiring Heather A. Douden as Administrative Assistant/Event Planner for the Public Works Department, effective March 22, 2021. This is a replacement, not an additional hire.

c. Discussion and possible action: Awarding a contract for the Moreland Basin Retrofit Project.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve the Preliminary Street Paving List for the 2022 Street Paving Project.

b. Discussion and possible action: Review procedure for revised subdivision plan for 1229 Rossmoyne Road.

10. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and possible action: Contract renewal with Approved Code Services for plan review and inspection services.

b. Zoning Hearing Board Report.

a. Resignation of Matthew Greene from the Public Works Department and permission to advertise for a replacement Maintenance Specialist.

b. Discussion: Appointment of an Alternate Representative to the West Shore Recreation Board.
