NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2021-01 – The application of Tim Callahan with Goodall Pools, 3607 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011 is requesting a variance from Section 220-23 of the Code of Lower Allen Township as agent for property owners of 3410 Canyon Creek, who want to construct a swimming pool and patio that will cause impervious lot coverage to exceed the 30% limit.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
