3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: March 8, 2021

4. EMPLOYEE RECOGNITIONS – Length of Service and Performance

6. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Accept a motion to approve the Check Register March 12, 2021 of in the amount of $527,608.10.

b. Accept a motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-11, recognizing, commending, and honoring Lieutenant Gregory S. Thomas on his retirement after 28 year of service.

c. Accept a motion to approve appointing Bradley E. McCullough, P.E. as Township Engineer, effective April 1, 2021.

d. Accept a motion to appoint Beth Ann McCoy, 5 Clemson Drive, Camp Hill, to the West Shore Recreation Commission as an Alternate Delegate.

e. Department Reports for the month of February for Community Development, Community Development 2020 Year End Report, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Township Engineer, Public Works, and Public Safety.

7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

8. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Award a contract for the Packaged Roof Unit/Outdoor Air Handling Unit No. 2 (RTU-2) Replacement Project 2021.

b. Discussion and possible action: Adoption of Resolution 2021-R-12, proclaiming the month of April 2021 as “Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging” month.

c. Discussion and possible action: Motion to approve SLD Docket No. 2021-03, Revised Final Minor Subdivision Plan for Lands of Richard & Linda Hammon, 1229 Rossmoyne Road.

9. MANAGER

a. Update on the Township’s petition to extend local noise enforcement over liquor licensed establishments.

b. 2020 PMHIC Claim Fund Performance and rebate.
