1. CALL TO ORDER AND PROOF OF PUBLICATION

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
          A. Approval of minutes from January 19, 2021 regular meeting.

3. OLD BUSINESS None

4. NEW BUSINESS

A. SLD Docket No. 2021-04: Minor Subdivision Plan for 701 Belmont Street. Proposed subdivision of one lot (Parcel ID 13-24-0795-088) into two lots to be used for residential purposes.

1. At the applicant’s request, table the acceptance of the submission until the next Planning Commission meeting where the applicant has met all the submittal requirements and has filed such materials within the required time period prior to the meeting. The ninety-day time limit for action shall not begin until such acceptance.

5. OTHER BUSINESS

A. Proposed Amendment to the Hampden Township Comprehensive Plan – Future Land Use Map.
