APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
Mr. BLACKWELL moved to approve the minutes from the January 19, 2021 Regular Meeting. Mr. LOGAN seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
OLD BUSINESS
There was none.
NEW BUSINESS
Proposed Sub-Division Lot (SLD Docket No. 2021-04) – 701 Belmont Street
Mr. McCullough indicated that the applicant requested that the discussion be tabled to a later date. He said that he offered comments to the applicant upon an initial review and the proposal was likely to be rejected until certain criteria could be met. The applicant is preparing to resubmit the application for the next Planning Commission meeting provided they have completed those changes. Mr. McCullough brought Chris Hoover from Hoover Engineering to the meeting for possible discussion. The board agreed there was no need to bring Mr. Hoover into the discussion at that time.
Mr. BASHORE motioned to table the discussion until the next board meeting. Mr. CLOVSKY seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
OTHER BUSINESS
Proposed Amendment to Hampden Township Comprehensive Plan – Future Land Use Map
Mr. McCullough stated that this initiative covers land that sits nearly a mile from the Township line, that any changes made by Hampden Township should not affect LAT. He said that it is a requirement for Hampden Township to contact adjacent municipalities for potential comment. There were no comments from the Board.
Mr. McCullough stated he was not certain at that time whether the June 15, 2021 Planning Commission meeting would carry any agenda items because there are no new pending proposals. Referring back to the Belmont Street proposal, Mr. McCreary stated that because the issue was tabled, the applicant has the liberty to resubmit the proposal prior to the next Planning Commission meeting without notice (no 90-day rule in this instance), but that a week’s notice would allow for further review. Mr. McCullough asked the Board to plan for the June 15 meeting.
ADJOURN:
Mr. BLACKWELL motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:23 PM. Mr. LOGAN seconded. The motion carried 5-0.
