5. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Motion to approve the Check Register of October 8, 2021 in the amount of $389,134.51.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-35, hiring Daniel G. Bartosic as a Maintenance Specialist for the Public Works Department, effective October 12, 2021.

6. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

7. TOWNSHIP ENGINEER

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve Drainage Plan No. DP 2021-01 for 3601 Simpson Ferry Road, contingent upon the following:

1. Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control Plan approval by the Cumberland County Conservation District.
2. NPDES Permit issuance by PA DEP.
3. Provide an executed Stormwater Facilities and Best Management Practices (BMP) Maintenance and Monitoring Agreement.
