REGULAR MEETING

AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Villone. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: October 11, 2021 Regular Meeting Minutes

4. Presentation: John Minito, West Shore Recreation Commission

5. Presentation: Facility and Response Study: Scott Ryno and Jesse Sudor

6. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

7. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of September for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Township Engineer, and Public Safety.

b. Tax Collectors September Monthly Report.

c. Check Register of October 22, 2021 in the amount of $165,348.22.

d. Increasing Financial Security for SLD Docket No. 2020-05, Arcona Phase 8.1, from $3,618,949.50 to $3,980,844.45, and establishing a new expiration date of October 25, 2022.

8. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Accept a motion to enact Ordinance 2021-05, amendments to Section 220-206 and 220-207, Wireless Communication Facilities, of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township.

b. Accept a motion to remove Robert Fitzkee, a Police Officer, in the Lower Allen Township Police Department from probationary status effective 10/26/2021.

c. Accept a motion to remove Neal Chimel-Freeburn, a Police Officer in the Lower Allen Township Police Department from probationary status effective 10/26/2021.

9. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

10. FINANCE

a. Discussion: Street Light, Sanitation, Highway Aid, Capital and Debt Service Funds budgets and 2022 budget wrap-up.

11. MANAGER

a. Discussion & possible action: Appointment of Rebecca Davis as Acting Public Works Director effective October 27th, 2021.

a. Regal Partners (Country Inn & Suites) Tax Appeal Settlement
