AGENDA

1. Call to Order by President Villone. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: October 25th Regular Meeting
                                                           November 8th Regular Meeting

4. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

5. Executive Session

a. Appointment of Glenn MaGatz as Assistant Public Works Director.

b. Appointment to the Recreation & Parks Board to fill the unexpired term of Allison Hanna until December 31, 2022.

6. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of October for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Public Works, and Public Safety.

b. Tax Collectors Monthly October Report.

c. Check Register of November 19, 2021 in the amount of $159,356.86.

d. 2022 Public Meeting Dates.

7. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Accept a motion to approve the Job Description for Assistant Public Works Director.

b. Accept a motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-38 appointing Glenn MaGatz as Assistant Public Works Director effective November 23rd, 2021.

c. Accept a motion to move Justin R. Lenker a PSO in the Public Safety Department from probationary status to Full-Time status effective November 24, 2021.

8. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per person.

9. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion & Possible Action: Motion to SLD-2021- 11 Revised 145 Locust Street Minor Revision of a Recorded Plan
           i. Waiver of the requirement contained in Section 192-39.F review by Planning Commission
          ii. Approval SLD Docket No. 2021-11 Revised Final Land Development Plan of 145 Locust Street, contingent upon the following:
                    1. Cumberland County Planning Department approval.
                    2. HOP Approval from PennDOT

b. Discussion & Possible Action: Motion to Adopt the Gettysburg Road Corridor Master Plan.

c. Discussion & Possible Action: Motion to Amend the Lower Allen Township 2018 Comprehensive Plan to Include the Gettysburg Road Corridor Study.

a. Discussion: PMHIC health insurance rebate

b. Discussion: 2022 Board & Commission appointments
