Any Commissioner, Staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Department Reports for the month of November for Community Development, Fleet Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, and Public Works.

b. Check Register of December 17, 2021 in the amount of $419,336.42.

c. Tax Collectors November Monthly Report.

d. Job Description for Administrative Assistant for the Public Works, Finance and Human Resources Departments.

9. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-40, 2022 Fee Schedule.

b. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-R-42, A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania authorizing the Township to enter into the Settlement Agreements with McKesson Corporation, Cardinal Health, Inc., Amerisource Bergen Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Janssen Pharmaceutica, Inc., and agree to the terms of the Pennsylvania Opioid Misuse and Addiction Abatement Trust.

c. Motion to approve Adjudication for Ordinance 2021-05.

d. Motion to Enact Ordinance 2021-05 and Design Manual, Amendments to Section 220-206 and 220-207, Wireless Communication Facilities, of the Codified Ordinances of Lower Allen Township.

e. Motion to approve payment of $187,658.33 to JVI Group, Inv for work performed on the Gettysburg Rd. Realignment Project.

f. Motion to approve Resolution 2021-R-43, appointing Nathaniel C. Sterling as an Administrative Assistance for the Public Works, Finance, and Human Resources Departments effective January 3, 2022.
