NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2022-01 – The application of Christianson Companies, 4609 33^rd Avenue South, Suite 400, Fargo ND 58104 is requesting variances from Section 220-244.B (3) (d), setback for intersection of access drives from a side or rear lot line, 220-242. L (2), parking space setback from building, and 220-242. L (4) minimum curb radii within parking lots, of the Code of Lower Allen Township. Variances are a prerequisite to submission of a subdivision and land development plan to combine lots at 2507, 2509 and 2511 Gettysburg Road and redevelop the property with a car wash.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
