7. Discussion & Possible Action: Approval to enter into a commercial lease with LIT Miracles LLC d/b/a “Apricot Lane Boutique” for Tenant space 3 in Lower Commons Unit 3 located at 3541 Gettysburg Road for a term of 123 months.

8. Discussion & Possible Action: Approve Amendment to the Sales Agreement with Lower Allen Commons II, LLC for Lower Allen Commons Unit 2.

9. Discussion: Trader Joe’s Opening
