             Purpose: Develop a vacant condominium unit in a shopping center into an 11,000 square foot, two-story jewelry store

         B) Lower Allen Township Act 167 Stormwater Management Ordinance
                   i) Required by DEP for this permit cycle
                  ii) Model Ordinance provided by state
                 iii) Revisions within are required by DEP
                 iv) Must be adopted by end of September 2022
                  v) Many municipalities in Central PA have already adopted
                 vi) Public Hearing will be held on August 8th at 6PM
                vii) Following the MPC Process- Planning Commission can provide comment and testimony for the hearing

5. OTHER BUSINESS
        A) July Submissions -Due Date June 20, 2022
