1. Call to Order by President Villone. Proof of Publication.

2. Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes: September 26, 2022 Regular Meeting

4. Audience Participation: Any item on the agenda.

5. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) on the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Check Register of October 7, 2022 in the amount of $277,242.59.

b. Manual Check Register of September 22, 2022 for Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott in the amount of $5,265.00.

6. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-R-30, Hiring Thomas E. Fritz as a Maintenance Specialist in the Public Works Department effective October 17, 2022.

7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to ten (10) minutes per person.

8. PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR

a. Discussion & Action: Release of $368,000 of financial security for the completion of Arcona Road realignment.

9. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion: LD-2022-08 2450 Gettysburg Road Warehouse Minor Revisions.
          i. Motion to Approve Waiver from Section 192-25.D Review and action by the Planning Commission
         ii. Motion to Approve LD-2022-08 2450 Gettysburg Road Warehouse Minor Revisions.

10. MANAGER

a. Discussion and possible action: Final invoice from Salzmann Hughes for I-83 Bridge Tolling representation.

b. Discussion and possible action: Security Card Access Readers replacement for the Municipal Services Center.

c. Discussion and possible action: Consumer fireworks recommendations and draft Noise Ordinance amendment.
