NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2022-06 – The application of Rebecca Stoner (agent for Walmart), 3400 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a special exception in accordance with Section 220-241 of the Code of Lower Allen Township (Code) to reduce the required number of off-street parking spaces at the store.

2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB, and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
