NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2023-01 – The application of Matthew Farrell, 1130 Saint Johns Road, Camp Hill, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-102 of the Code of Lower Allen Township (Code). The applicant wants to construct a 70’x 80’ commercial building that will have reduced side and rear setbacks at 1120 Saint Johns Road.

2. Docket #2023-02 – The application of Ken Bolinger, 586 Old York Road, Etters, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-252(J)(5) of the Code. The applicant wants to replace an existing non-conforming sign with a smaller 96 sf non-conforming sign at 3540 Gettysburg Road.

3. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB, and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
