5. CONSENT AGENDA
Any Commissioner, staff member, or anyone in attendance who would like to have an item on the Consent Agenda removed for further discussion can request so now. Is there a request for the removal of an item(s) from the Consent Agenda?

Accept motion to approve the items on the Consent Agenda, which are listed as follows:

a. Check Register of April 7, 2023 in the amount of $471,315.28.

b. Tax Collector’s Monthly Report for January 2023.

6. PRESIDENT VILLONE

a. Any business item(s) from the President.

7. Any business pertinent to the Township. Discussions will be limited to ten (10) minutes per person.

8. PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR

a. Discussion and possible action: 2023 Agreement with the Lower Allen Township Stormwater Authority (LATSA).

9. COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

a. Discussion and possible action: Approve Resolution 2023-R-13 appointing Marcus Brandt as Zoning Officer, and Erin Trone, Richard Lehigh, Craig Doll, and William Yeagley as Assistant Zoning Officers.

b. Discussion and possible action: Defer the approval of the land development plan for Brothers and Sisters Food Services to Lemoyne Brough.
