NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will convene a public hearing on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Lower Allen Township Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania to consider:

1. Docket #2023-03 – The application of Rossmoyne Business Center Owners Association, 5000 Ritter Road Suite 201, Mechanicsburg, PA is requesting a variance from Section 220-252.J(5) of the Code of Lower Allen Township (Code). The applicant wants to replace an existing sign with a new sign that exceeds the 40 sq.ft. maximum sign area at 4900 Ritter Road.
2. Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the ZHB, and which are appropriate for consideration at a public meeting.
