REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
PENSION FUND INVESTMENT MANAGER

CAMP HILL, PENNSYLVANIA

Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is inviting firms to submit a proposal for investment management and custody for its pension investment funds. 

The Township prefers firms with:

i)   At least 10 years institutional asset management experience;
ii)  At least $100 million in assets under management;
iii) At least 10 defined benefit plans under advisement;
iv) At least 6 Pennsylvania governmental plans under advisement;
v)  Client composite GIPs verified results.

Proposals (one (1) original and five (5) copies and two (2) electronic versions), must be received at Randall R. Rhoades, Esquire, Rhoades Law, LLC, 111 Vista Ridge Lane, Valencia, PA  16059, no later than July 10, 2023, 4:00 p.m.  Any contact for additional information should be made to Helen Bardos via e-mail hbardos@rhoadeslawllc.com before July 7, 2023.

The Township reserves the right to request additional information from any, and all respondents, to waive any defect or abnormality, to award or not award all or any portion of the work described herein, to issue modifications to the RFP or otherwise to move forward in the best interest of the Township.
